As President, Aaron is focused on creating an environment where real estate professionals can build stronger businesses through industry-leading technology, training, support, collaboration, and leadership. He works closely with Schuler Bauer’s agents and leadership team to identify new opportunities, improve systems, strengthen company culture, and ensure the organization continues to evolve with the needs of today’s consumer.

Aaron is also deeply involved in the real estate industry beyond the brokerage. He serves in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels and is the 2026 Chair of the Indiana Association of REALTORS®. His involvement gives him a unique perspective on the trends, policies, technology, and challenges shaping the future of real estate.
